Introducing URBAN GREEN TRAIN URBAN GREEN TRAIN is an ERASMUS+ project which goal is promoting innovative business oriented initiatives in Urban Agriculture, based on knowledge exchange and cooperation among different actors.

The Project features partners from different European Nations: Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands. It is coordinated by the Department of Agricultural Sciences of the University of Bologna (IT).

Details During the 3 years spanning of the project, Companies, Institutions and Universities will join forces in order to create an exchange of knowledge in the field of Urban Green Innovation. This collaboration will create solid grounds useful to answer the ever growing demand of sustainable strategies and technologies, ecological products and safe food.

The best productive practices & innovative initiatives are being identified and studied, together with training needs of green entrepreneurs and the existing educational offer. On the basis of the results obtained, the project will create a complete set of educational modules and resources which will be made available through an international, cross-sectoral and flexible course accessible to different types of learners and professionals.
